Unlike many agencies, we don’t have a separate digital creative department. The team that works on any given project is responsible for the broadcast, print, digital and experiential components of the campaign. This ensures consistency of message and tone for clients across all media.

As production budgets continue to be stretched across multiple channels, john st.’s approach has been to converge production departments to create one hub through which all broadcast, digital, print and experiential production flows. This group of 12 in-house producers is overseen by our Director of Integrated Production to bring a holistic perspective to content creation, resource allocation, project financials, timelines and management across all departments.

The planning department is led by Emily Bain, Director of Planning and agency partner, and is made up of brand, experience and digital planners. With pharmaceutical, retail and automotive clients, we have a core competency in collateral, point of purchase, trade shows, packaging, contests and training material development and production for print and digital release. With our design competency, we are able to seamlessly integrate core ideas into tactics. Our studio has been set up to handle high-volume, fast-turnaround, multi-approval demands, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Every account is assigned representatives from our Leadership Team to ensure an agency partner is actually involved on businesses.
